Good practice on family friendly working

This good practice note produced for EBRD sets out the case for family friendly working practices and includes examples of good practice, as well as a summary of the legislative framework covering maternity and paternity rights in countries of EBRD operation.

The guidance note is aimed at employers who are clients of EBRD and looks at the process they can adopt to develop and introduce appropriate policies, as well as the sort of issues that might be included such as: flexible working; part-time work; job sharing; working remotely; career breaks; maternity, paternity and parental leave.  The guide highlights the potential benefits both for workers and employers of adopting such approaches.
