Jisoo is a Researcher who joined Ergon in April 2025. She has a background in gender equality and human rights and has previously worked at the OECD and the Danish Institute for Human Rights.

Jisoo’s areas of focus and expertise include:

• Policy and legal analysis on human rights and gender equality issues
• Integrating gender equality in the just transition
• Strategic planning around environment and sustainability topics

She speaks English, Korean and French.

Jisoo holds a Master in International Governance and Diplomacy from Sciences Po Paris and a Bachelor in Sociology and Political Science from Yonsei University in Seoul.
