Ergon has contributed to the development of the IDH Living Wage Action Guide, which aims to guide buyers, their suppliers and other relevant actors towards the most appropriate actions they can take to close living wage gaps. Ergon provided input on navigating the challenges inherent in efforts to achieve living wages in supply chains, as well as the latest thinking on good practice and effective interventions. The Ergon team also supported in the development of targeted guidance (linked in the tool under each ‘intervention’), setting out specific steps buyers and suppliers can take to address challenges and create the enabling conditions for living wages to be paid.
