Alice Berkeley
Researcher
Alice is a Researcher who joined Ergon in 2022.
Alice supports a range of projects across our client portfolio, including international organisations, development finance and companies. Her particular areas of focus include:
- Strategic advice and research on gender and inclusion, including gender-based violence in the workplace
- Policy and research reports on gender equality, economic development and inclusive labour markets
- Global value chain risk assessments and country-level human rights risk analyses
Alice previously worked at a humanitarian aid NGO. She has worked with refugees and asylum seekers both in the UK and Samos, Greece, developing her professional interests in economic inclusion of migrant workers.
Alice holds a MSc in Gender, Development and Globalisation from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a BA in Religions and Theology with Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Manchester, where she specialised in gender and Islam.
