Clara joined Ergon as a Researcher in 2023. She plays a key role in our work with development finance institutions, corporates and international organisations. She has experience in:

  • Policy and research reports on key human and labour rights topics, including living wages and migrant workers
  • Human rights impact assessments and human rights due diligence
  • Decent work, labour standards and development

Prior to starting at Ergon, Clara has supported international development and peacebuilding NGOs with research and programmes particularly in the Sahel and Central African region. Through this she developed a particular interest in human rights risks and responsibilities in fragile and conflict-affected contexts
