Felix is a Consultant at Ergon who joined the team in 2023 and is based in our Berlin office.

Felix works to support corporate and development finance clients in all aspects of their human rights due diligence. Felix has worked with businesses across a range of sectors, including retail, food & beverage, and pharmaceutical as well as multi-stakeholder initiatives (MSI). He has recent experience and particular expertise in:

• Conducting global risk assessments, human rights impact assessments (HRIAs) and saliency assessments
• Supporting strategic direction and due diligence processes
• Supporting compliance with regulatory developments

Prior to Ergon, Felix worked with GIZ on sector dialogue for the automotive industry, focusing on human rights certification systems and co-creating sustainable sourcing recommendations. He also has prior experience working on impacts of infrastructure projects on local communities in Myanmar and social justice projects in Nepal. Felix studied political science in Berlin and Hong Kong and completed his MA at the Free University of Berlin.
