Louise Nicholls

Louise brings 28 years multi-sector experience and the latest academic thinking.

She is Managing Director of Suseco, a Human Rights and Sustainability management consultancy working with organisations and governments to disrupt existing systems, turn ideas into action and create a shift towards a sustainable future. She was formerly head of Marks & Spencers’ Corporate Human Rights programme from inception, and was key to their approach being consistently recognised for its leadership. She was also Head of M&S Food Sustainability and packaging teams and part of the Food technology leadership team. She played a key role in the developing of M&S ground-breaking Plan A and approach to Food Integrity. She currently also tutors for Cambridge University Institute for Sustainable Leadership.

Louise has been working with Ergon on a variety of projects including supply chain human rights risk assessments, human rights due diligence training and strategic consulting.
