Viktorija joined Ergon as an Administrative Assistant in 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and is currently studying towards her MSc in International Business, Leadership and Management.

Viktorija is passionate about gender equality and human rights and has previously volunteered for the Central England Law Centre at their Birmingham Centre, in the asylum and immigration department.
